ABOUT ZARA
Hi, I’m Zara and I have been a nail technician for almost a decade. I have a successful nail salon called The Nail Gal based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
I am obsessed with everything nail related and especially love the creativity of nail art.
I have always had an interest in education as I was previously an English teacher so I will bring this experience to my nail courses.
I am excited to pass on my passion for the nail industry using HONA and teach my students how to have a successful, safe and fun career as a nail technician.
ABOUT THE TRAINING VENUE
My classes are kept to a maximum of 4 students so I have a lot of 1 to 1 time with each student. My training environment is a welcoming safe place for you to ask questions and experiment with the HONA gel system, whilst I share any tips and tricks I've learnt over the years to make your start to the industry as smooth as possible.
The closest train station to the salon is Edinburgh Waverley and there are lots of buses that come to the salon from the city centre. Also street parking is available on the surrounding streets to the salon.
You will not need to bring a model and your own HONA approved lamp will be provided for your training.
Drinks will be provided on the day. The salon is at the shore in Leith so there are plenty of cafes nearby to get lunch. There are hotels nearby that are within walking distance of the salon if you need to stay overnight.
