ABOUT CATHY

I’m Cathy, and I’m the Yorkshire educator for Hona. I’m based in Riddlesden, West Yorkshire, and I have a beautiful, private home studio which I use for training.

I've been doing nails for 20 years, and teaching for 6. I'm also a finalist for Scratch Stars and I’ve continued to hone my own skills throughout my career.

I have taught various groups from one to ones, to large college classes, ranging from complete beginners to experienced technicians wishing to perfect skills.

I love teaching smaller groups as I feel you get 100% of my attention. I would love you to train with me, as I feel so strongly about aspiring nail technicians becoming the best they can be and you deserve to receive the best education possible.

Not only will you learn a lot including all my tips and tricks but i will share with you my business knowledge from two decades in the industry. Training with me will leave you feeling confident in your new skills, knowledgeable about all the HONA products and why you're using them.

I’m not just here for your course - I’m here for the duration of your career for any help and advice should you need it.

ABOUT THE TRAINING VENUE

Small groups of training will be based in my private home studio in Riddlesden.While larger groups will be held at a nearby hotel conference room. Both with an abundance of parking .

There is a bus stop about 30 seconds walk from my studio. If you do need to get the bus to the studio, just let me know and I’ll guide you onto which buses you need to get on. The most local train station to me is Keighley Train station which is about a 5 minute taxi journey, followed by Crossflatts Station and Bingley Station. They are about a 10 minute taxi journey.

There is plenty of local accommodation and restaurants.

Please note - The home studio isn’t easily accessible if your are disabled as the studio is up some steps, however I will happily make alternative arrangements at another venue for you that’s really easily accessible.
